Community Care of West Virginia Pharmacy Services and Locations
Community Care pharmacies can quickly and conveniently fill your prescriptions. In addition to providing traditional pharmacy services, the Community Care Pharmacy Team offers the following:
Patient Assistance Programs
Please let pharmacy staff know if you are experiencing a financial hardship that makes it difficult to pick up your medications. Pharmacy staff can assist you in enrolling in patient assistance programs sponsored by the pharmaceutical manufacturer, state or federal governments, or private grants.
Med Sync (Medication Synchronization)
If you have been prescribed many medications by more than one doctor, it can be difficult to have all those prescriptions ready at the same time. Instead of coming to the pharmacy every week, spending your time and money making many trips, ask our pharmacy staff about Med Sync.
At Community Care of West Virginia, we will coordinate with your doctors to “sync your meds” so you can get all your medications at one time…one trip to the pharmacy.
When you sign up for the Med Sync Program, we put your prescriptions on a schedule that is convenient for you. This program is free and can save you time and money…because you won’t be making so many trips to the pharmacy.
Prescription Mail-Out Services
Not everyone can make it to the pharmacy every month. You have a busy schedule...taking care of your family…working hard making ends meet. Sometimes you just don’t have time to make it to town.
We can work with you and your doctor to get your prescriptions delivered to your door. Not every prescription can be delivered by mail, but for the majority of your monthly medications, postal delivery can be a cost effective and convenient option. If you are part of our Med Sync program, we can even waive the mailing fee!
When your medications are due, our pharmacy staff will reach out to you by phone, check on how you’ve been, see if you have any changes to your medications, and get your medications ready to mail out. We discreetly package your medications, and make sure they are delivered safely and securely. Ask any of our friendly and helpful pharmacy staff so you can benefit from the program today.
