About Community Care of West Virginia

Community Care of West Virginia (CCWV) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in West Virginia with eighteen (18) community health center locations, fifty (50) school-based health sites, eight (8) 340(b) pharmacies, and one (1) dental office. Community Care of West Virginia employs a dynamic team of more than 550 health professionals including MD, DO, FNP, PA-C, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, LICSW, LCSW, LGSW, RPH, and DDS’s.

CCWV is poised as a leader in the health care industry with its state-of-the art Electronic Health Record and a team of healthcare professionals who are focused on chronic disease management and quality care outcomes. ​​

Our Mission

The mission of CCWV is to help our communities live the healthiest lives possible by meeting their immediate and long-term healthcare needs. 
This mission shall be accomplished by providing high quality, accessible, comprehensive, culturally-appropriate, cost-effective healthcare services, by serving as a true comprehensive medical home for our patients and customers, without regard for their ability to pay, and by striving to fulfill the objectives of The Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s Quintuple Aim.

Kimberly R. Becher, MD, is the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Community Care of West Virginia, Inc. Becher has been with the organization since 2014 and appointment
​ as CMO in 2022.

Kevin Junkins, MD, is the Chief Medical Officer - Behavioral Health of Community Care of West Virginia, Inc. Junkins headed the implementation of behavioral health services for CCWV.

Chief Operations Officer

Kristi Walker is the Chief Operations Officer for Community Care of West Virginia, Inc.
​overseeing operations for Community Care's health centers, school-based health centers, pharmacies, and dental clinic.

Jeffrey Jenkins
Chief Financial Officer

Jeffrey Jenkins is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Community Care of West Virginia, Inc. (CCWV).  Jenkins graduated from Glenville
State University and earned his MBA at

Michele Williams
Compliance Officer

Michele Williams is the Compliance Officer of Community Care of West Virginia, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center with operations in eight counties in West Virginia.

Jamie Parker
General Counsel

Jamie Parker is the General Counsel for Community Care of West Virginia, Inc.
​An Air Force veteran, Parker earned his bachelors and juris doctorate degrees from West Virginia University.
