Workplace Wellness

You recognize the importance of keeping your business's machinery and equipment oiled, greased and well-maintained.  But we sometimes forget the importance of a well-maintained workforce.  Community Care of West Virginia can provide your employees with the "preventive maintenance" they need to help keep them healthy and on the job.

Having a safe and healthy workplace is vitally important to the well-being of every business and every worker, especially where the jobs involve heavy equipment, loud noise or hazardous materials.  CCWV offers an array of workplace wellness options.  We will tailor your workplace wellness program to fit your needs - whether yours is a small business with a couple employees or a large business with hundreds of employees on your payroll.

  • Physicals (DOT, HazMat, pre-employment, routine annual exams, sports)
  • Audiometric testing (hearing)
  • Immunizations (Flu, Hep A, Hep B, Tetanus)
  • Drug and alcohol screening
  • Labs (Glucose, A1c, lipid panels and more)

Companies and organizations can hire us to provide these services to current employees or potential new hires. Some services are provided at the worksite; others are performed at our health center.

Injured Worker Care is also available. If you have been injured on the job (and are eligible for Workers' Compensation coverage) you can choose Community Care of West Virginia for medical care related to you or your employee's injury.

The CCWV workplace wellness programs benefit the community by offering area businesses the opportunity to help their employees improve their health.

Employees benefit from health fairs, screenings, health education and coaching, and fitness and weight management programs designed to change their behaviors and to reduce their health risks.

Employers benefit from having a healthier workforce with reduced health risks and injuries which negatively impacts West Virginia businesses' bottom lines.

Give us a call today to discuss the options for your business.  Call (304) 924-6262.
