CCWV offers family planning services and participates in BCCSP. For children, immunizations are available through the VFC program and private insurances.
CareXpress is open seven (7) days a week, because we know that illnesses and injuries don’t occur at convenient times. That is why we don’t make appointments. Just walk in when you need us, and you will be seen. Quickly. Community Care Pharmacy, located nearby at 37 W. Main Street, Buckhannon, can meet all your pharmacy needs and participates in the 340B discount drug program. CCWV is now partnering with Health Note to provide pre-visit registration and texting services. Our previous texting number, 844-785-7409, will no longer be in service. You will receive a text from the new line before your next appointment . If you have a walk-in visit prior to a scheduled appointment, you will receive a text from the new line as soon as you have checked-in for your walk-in appointment. That text will include your link for registration paperwork and you will also be able to text your care team at that number for general questions or to make appointment changes. If you have health concerns or questions, please contact your care team using the patient portal or by calling the office.
