Clay-Battelle Pharmacy is licensed as a retail pharmacy - collector for the return of unused, unwanted, and expired medications for legal disposal. The process for returning the medications is simple. Anyone can visit one of the Community Care of WV pharmacies and turn the medications into the pharmacist on duty. It is not necessary to give any personal information, but the pharmacists will ask for the name of the medication so it can be disposed of properly. CCWV will only accept medications as part of the “Take-Back” program. We will not accept needles, syringes, or any medical waste items. Narcan AvailabilityNarcan (Naloxone) is available at all Community Care pharmacies. No prescription is necessary.
