Primary Care Pharmacy in Clay

DRUG "TAKE-BACK" COLLECTOR LOCATION

Primary Care Pharmacy is licensed as a retail pharmacy - collector for
the return of unused, unwanted, and expired medications for
legal disposal. The process for returning the medications is simple.
Anyone can visit one of the Community Care of WV pharmacies
and turn the medications into the pharmacist on duty. It is not
necessary to give any personal information, but the pharmacists
​will ask for the name of the medication so it can be disposed of properly.

CCWV will only accept medications as part of the “Take-Back” program. We will not accept needles, syringes, or any medical waste items. For more information about the disposal of needles and syringes, please visit https://www.fda.gov/media/87634/download.​

Narcan Availability

​Narcan (Naloxone) is available at all Community Care pharmacies. No prescription is necessary.

​Conveniently located inside of Primary Care System of Clay, the Primary Care Pharmacy stocks a vast assortment of pharmaceuticals and can fill your prescriptions with minimal wait.  Primary Care Pharmacy, has been providing fast, friendly service to the patients of Primary Care System since  April 2010.  The pharmacy, in conjunction with Primary Care Health Services, provides discount
programs for their patients, along with patients of Big Otter Clinic, Clay Elementary School Wellness Center, Clay Middle School Wellness Center, and Clay High School Wellness Center. 

For details and requirements on the various discount programs offered contact one of our knowledgeable Pharmacists, who will be more than willing to answer your questions.  The pharmacy also accepts most major insurances.  
 
An automated refill line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week to accept your refill requests.  Call (304) 587-4555.
