About Marlinton

Community Care of Marlinton offers comprehensive primary care and chronic disease management for people of all ages. This location also offers pharmacy services through our in-house pharmacy and behavioral health services.

We are currently accepting new patients. Call or schedule your appointment online.

  • Community Care pharmacies participate in the 340B discount drug program, which provides discounted medications for qualifying patients. We also offer other convenient services, such as medication synchronization and mail-order pharmacy services. Learn more about pharmacy services here.

  • We provide quality, affordable, easily accessible, and evidence-based mental health treatment with empathy, understanding, and compassion.   • Community Care Connections, Addiction Medicine, offers a comprehensive outpatient treatment program for those struggling with substance use disorder. We provide an individualized plan based on individual needs, delivered with compassion, understanding, honesty, and respect.
