Please call the medical center nearest you to schedule an appointment. You should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please call for routine appointments with as much advance notice as possible. Although we do make same-day appointments for acute care, it is always best to call ahead and let us know you are coming in.
