Community Care and UHC/WVU Medicine are partnering in Weston. Community Care will provide primary care and acute/walk-in urgent care. UHC/WVU will be providing specialty care. The new facility will be located at Stonewall Commons Plaza, just off the Weston exit (I-79, exit 99). This is the site of a current CCWV primary and urgent care health center.
