Community Care Earns Top National Honors

Community Care of West Virginia has earned top national honors for 2025.

CCWV received five Community Health Quality recognition badges from the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA). Among the awards is the prestigious Gold Health Center Quality Leader award, which places Community Care in the top 10 percent of health centers nationwide.

The other recognitions include:

  • National Quality Leader in Behavioral Health

  • National Quality Leader in Heart Health

  • National Quality Leader in Diabetes Health

  • Advancing Health IT for Quality

These awards reflect the dedication and compassion of CCWV’s providers and staff, who are committed to delivering high-quality healthcare to patients. This honor and recognition cements Community Care’s standing among the very best health centers in the state and nation.
