Trish Collett, Community Care's CEO, was named the 2024 Business Woman of The Year by the Buckhannon - Upshur Chamber of Commerce. The award was announced at the Chamber's Annual Dinner, held on March 6, 2025.

Patricia “Trish” Collett, PA-C, serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Community Care of West Virginia, Inc.
Collett, a lifelong West Virginian, is a native of Elkins, West Virginia. She graduated from Alderson- Broaddus College with a Bachelor of Medical Science degree in 1994 and WVU Health Care MBA Essentials Program in 2006. Collett joined CCWV working as a physician assistant in Rock Cave in 2000. In 2008, Collett became the Director of Medical Services, overseeing the development and implementation of both the CareXpress (walk-in concept) clinics and the school-based health centers. Prior to her appointment as Chief Executive Officer, Collett served as the Chief Operations Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer for CCWV.
Since assuming the role of CEO, Trish has overseen the expansion of services in the CCWV service area and is heading the project for construction of a signature building in Buckhannon.
Collett serves on the Upshur County Development Authority Board and several healthcare and community boards. She is also a member of the WV Healthcare Hall of Fame. For pleasure she enjoys working on the family beef farm with her husband, spending time with her four daughters and her grandchildren. Collett is also an avid runner.
