About Rock Cave

Community Care of Rock Cave has been serving Rock Cave and the surrounding area since CCWV began in 1984. It offers comprehensive primary care and chronic disease management for people of all ages. This location also offers pharmacy services through our next-door pharmacy. We are currently accepting new patients. Call or schedule your appointment online. Walk-ins are also welcome.

  • Tri-State pharmacy is next door to Community Care of Rock Cave. Our pharmacies participate in the 340B discount drug program, which provides discounted medications for qualifying patients. We also offer other convenient services, such as medication synchronization and mail-order pharmacy services. Learn more about pharmacy services here.

  • We provide quality, affordable, easily accessible, and evidence-based mental health treatment with empathy, understanding, and compassion. Our mental health experts listen to patients and develop a plan that supports their immediate and long-term needs. For more information about our behavioral health services, click here.

Patients at this location can take advantage of extended weekend hours at Community CareXpress of Buckhannon, which is nearby, for non-life-threatening conditions
